09-12款RAV4关于油耗高的看法

老R（09-12款）大家对于油耗的反馈不尽相同，抛开路况，驾驶技巧和天气不谈，说说硬件方面的影响。

首先要解决燃烧的问题。影响燃烧的主要是火花塞和积碳。一，建议更换热值为5的原厂电装（sk16r11）或者NGK（IFR5T11）的火花塞，已经行驶了7，8万的火花塞也可以换，没必要非撑到10万，4个NGK的火花塞双十一才170不到。二，老R是歧管喷射车型，燃油添加剂可以解决绝大部分的积碳问题，《歧管喷射和缸内直喷在使用汽油添加剂时候的区别》我在这篇文章中也曾经提到关于歧管喷射车型使用添加剂得天独厚的优势。并且我个人是非常推荐定期使用燃油添加剂的。
尽量使用5w-30或0w-30粘度的机油。2.4L 2az的发动机烧机油，很多车友都会去升级机油标号到40粘度，其实这并不正确。非但没有至好烧机油还增加了油耗。建议继续保持30粘度的机油，但要注意的是有些壳牌5w-30的机油是a3b4的认证，他的粘度几乎和40的相近，如果喜欢壳牌的车友可以选择鹏斯（国行叫鹏致，英文叫pennzoil）的机油，他是壳牌在北美收购的品牌，基础油也是GTL天然气提炼，但添加剂更符合美日车系。
定期更换变速箱油。以保持车子的传动效率，可以有效节省油耗。重力更换或循环机更换都行。重力法是间隔500-1000km连续更换2次，每次4L油。循环机一次需要12L油。
机油和变速箱油千万不要加多。机油高于下限即可，越多越耗油。变速箱油是热车怠速在hot之间，群里好多车变速箱油都超过hot2厘米左右，非常耗油。关于变速箱油具体的测量方法可以看我以前的文章，丰田老rav4查看变速箱油尺。
